Including Breathing Meditation to connect with and heal different parts of the body

We breathe 24 hours a day. To breathe properly, is as important, as it is to eat well.
This is why correct breathing is the basis for our good health.

On average, a human will survive 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water
and 3 minutes without air. It is one of our most vital bodily functions.
Doctors can tell so much about our health, simply by observing how we breathe.

By breathing well we can improve and maintain good health.

REBIRTHING
Workshop

Two hour sessions suitable for clients who have previously attended rebirthing sessions. 

Following Saturdays at 10am -
